and WhatsApp replies for your team to approve. It knows your properties and tenants, asks targeted

Which channels does Cambioo cover?
Phone, e-mail and WhatsApp, plus outbound calls. Cambioo answers
phone calls
around the clock, speaks more than 60 languages and dialects and passes urgent matters to your team. For
e-mail

WhatsApp
messages, the assistant writes draft replies that your team checks and approves. Your team starts
outbound calls
and campaigns itself. All channels come together in one dashboard, and you book only what you need.
Does a reply go out without our approval?
No. E-mail and WhatsApp replies only go out once you have approved them. The assistant writes drafts;
your team checks them, adjusts them if needed and sends them. Calls are answered live during the
conversation, following the rules you set.
Do we keep our phone number?
Yes. Your existing number stays the same. You also receive your own AI phone number, which is added to
your existing call routing, with no IT project and no change of phone system. This number can also be
used for WhatsApp.
Which property management software can be connected?
Cambioo is connected to several property management systems, for example iDWELL, DOMUS with fluks,
etg24, Casavi, IGEL, Domizil+ and DoNexus. Cambioo syncs your master data every night and recognises
callers from it. After the call, Cambioo automatically creates a ticket, a workflow or a call log,
depending on the system. From e-mails, Cambioo suggests tickets and creates them in iDWELL or Casavi
once you click.
If your software is not on the list, you upload your master data as an Excel or CSV file and receive the call reports by e-mail. We are happy to check whether your system can be connected directly. Our integration overview lists all partners.

How much does Cambioo cost?
Flexible pricing to suit every company:
Cambioo offers packages tiered by call volume, starting at 129 euros per month. Each package includes a
monthly allowance of minutes; every additional minute costs 0.50 to 1.00 euros, depending on the
package. On top of that comes a one-off setup fee of 499 euros. Modules such as the e-mail inbox,
WhatsApp and outbound calls extend your package and can be added at any time. Our

How long am I committed? Twelve months, whether you pay quarterly or annually. With annual billing you pay twelve months in advance and get 20 percent more minutes, which you can use flexibly over the year. Notice must be given in writing at least three weeks before the end of the term. If Cambioo is not right for you, you get your money back within the first 30 days. Is Cambioo GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Cambioo was developed specifically for the DACH region and meets all GDPR requirements. The servers
are in the EU, and data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors. Our

How quickly is Cambioo ready to use?
Setup takes place in a personal appointment of 1.5 hours, in which we set up Cambioo together with you
and connect it to your systems. It is followed by a feedback session, also 1.5 hours. Cambioo takes work
off your team from the first day.
