Which package is right for us?

We work that out in the intro call, using your real call numbers. As a rule of thumb: a call log is enough – Starter. Requests should go straight into your software – Basis. The AI should answer every call and make calls itself – Standard or Pro.

How long am I committed – and how do I pay?

Twelve months, however you pay. Quarterly: payment each quarter in advance, and the minute allowance applies per month. Annually: twelve months in advance, and in return 20% more minutes that you can use freely across the year. Cancellation is in writing up to three weeks before the end of the term.

What if Cambioo isn't right for us?

Then you get your money back: 30-day money-back guarantee. If you leave within the first 30 days, everything is refunded, including the setup.

What if the minutes aren't enough?

With quarterly billing, we bill each additional minute monthly at your package rate. With annual billing, we get in touch as soon as the annual allowance is used up. You can move to a larger package at any time.

Support by e-mail and phone is included in every package. Consulting beyond that costs 129 € per hour. If you want ongoing guidance, add 1:1 support.

How does setup work?

499 € one-off, the same in every package: one appointment for phone numbers, requests and responsibilities, followed by a feedback session.
